Travel is a big part of our lives at any age or time. Many of us would like to travel a lot more than we get to do, and a lot of it has to do with money of course. Where can you afford to go? Where do you live? Just planning the next journey can be so much fun, and these days sites like Google Earth and Google Maps with its street view can provide us with some additional inspiration.

As Journeys of Life deals a lot with people and history, we will here concentrate on those two aspects also when it comes to traveling. The article series Streets& Squares is about going through the different eponymous places in each city we present here. We go through all major capitals along with many of the popular places that people like to visit.  And of course, we do that with the help of Google Maps. This is a monthly feature published on the 20th of each month.

Apart from that article series, we will also write other articles on travel. And factors that limit our travels, such as the psychological and physical effects of climate change. We will also write about traveling to places in the distant past, and present videos of a number of places.
